We are hiring an Account Executive to own the Iberian market (Spain, Italy and Portugal). This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role: you will generate pipeline, run complex enterprise sales motions, and close new-logo and expansion business with security, compliance, and IT leaders in highly regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, government, legal, manufacturing, and beyond.

You will sell a category-defining platform into a market with strong tailwinds: data sovereignty, EU regulation, and AI governance are board-level priorities across Iberia. You will work hand-in-hand with our Channel First partner ecosystem, pre-sales engineering, and marketing to land and expand strategic accounts.

What You'll Do
  1. Own your territory. Build and execute a territory plan for Iberia, generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, marketing programs, and your own network.
  2. Run full-cycle deals. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end — from first meeting to close — using MEDDPICC to qualify rigorously and forecast accurately.
  3. Sell to security and compliance leaders. Articulate the Kiteworks Private Data Network value proposition to CISOs, CIOs, DPOs, and IT and risk teams, connecting our platform to their data-sovereignty, compliance, and AI-governance priorities.
  4. Land and expand. Win new-logo accounts and grow existing ones through cross-selland upsell across the unified platform (secure file sharing, MFT, email protection, AI data governance, and more).
  5. Partner with the channel. Co-sell with distributors, resellers, MSSPs, and Global System Integrators to accelerate reach and deal velocity across the region.
  6. Collaborate to win. Work closely with solutions/sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver compelling demos, business cases, and proofs of value.
  7. Forecast and report. Maintain accurate, up-to-date opportunity data and pipeline hygiene in CRM, and deliver reliable forecasts to sales leadership.
  8. Represent Kiteworks. Be a credible, consultative presence at customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums across Iberia.

What You'll Bring
  1. Proven enterprise sales track record. 5+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in net-new and expansion business.
  2. Relevant domain. Experience selling cybersecurity, data security, compliance/GRC, infrastructure, or related enterprise technology to security and IT buyers is strongly preferred.
  3. Full-cycle ownership. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholderdealsand long sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  4. Methodology. Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) and disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  5. Language. Native or fluent Spanish and professional fluency in English are required. Italian or Portuguese are a strong plus.
  6. Location. Based in or around Madrid, able to work in a remote model and travel within Iberia (up to ~30%)
  7. Channel orientation. Comfort building and selling through partner ecosystems.
  8. Drive and rigor. A self-starter who is organized, coachable, and energized by a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points
  1. Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector, legal).
  2. Familiarity withdata-sovereignty, EUdata-protectionregulation, or AI governance topics.
  3. Established network of customer and partner relationships across Iberia.
  4. Experience ina scaling, PE/VC-backed software company.

What We Offer
  1. Category leadership. Sell a platform recognized for defining secure private data exchange and AI data governance.
  2. Market timing. Ride powerful tailwinds in data sovereignty, compliance, and AI across a high-priority European region.
  3. Earning potential. Competitive base salary range from 60K to 80K euros.
  4. Growth. Real career progression as we scale our Iberian and EMEA footprint.
