Kiteworks is expanding into the Middle East and we're looking for someone to lead that charge. This isn't a "manage what's already there" role — it's a territory-building position for someone who gets energized by a blank map and knows how to build a partner ecosystem from scratch.

What you'll do
  • Own the Middle East channel —identify, recruit, and sign new reseller and distribution partners across priority markets including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and beyond
  • Build and manage a partner-led pipeline that drives consistent enterprise deal flow
  • Work alongside partner reps to co-sell and close high-value deals with enterprise customers
  • Nurture and grow relationships with any existing Kiteworks partners in the region
  • Run sales enablement, training, and quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Feed market intelligence back to the broader team — pricing, competitive dynamics, local regulatory requirements (NCA, PDPL, etc.)
  • Represent Kiteworks at regional industry events and partner forums
  • Hit revenue targets and track against KPIs, with full ownership of your region's numbers
  • Handle all customer and prospect data in line with Kiteworks' data protection policies
  • Protect customer and prospect data by following secure handling practices and ensuring compliance with data protection policies during all sales activities.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in channel sales, ideally at a reseller, distributor, or vendor with a strong Middle East channel motion
  • A real network in the region — VAR, MSSP, or SI relationships you can activate
  • Experience selling enterprise security, compliance, or data protection software; familiarity with secure file sharing or content governance is a plus
  • Comfortable operating independently across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills; both matter here
  • Someone who closes — consultative, yes, but also comfortable asking for the business
  • Willingness to travel across the region regularly (~40%)

Compensation Range
  • Annual Base Salary Range:AED 200,000–300,000
  • Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, and equity.The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
