We are seeking a technically skilled and automation-first GTM Engineer to own, monitor, and continuously improve the full lifecycle of lead routing and marketing attribution reporting across our 5+ brand portfolio globally.

This is not a traditional operations role. Every inbound lead must be captured, enriched, routed, and reported – reliably, instantly, and without manual effort. You will design and operate systems that automate lead handling, safeguard data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to Sales and GTM teams across regions.

You won't just maintain processes – you'll build AI-enhanced, automation-powered workflows that make them faster, smarter, and acquisition-ready.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, orRevOps, ideally in multi-brand or multi-region contexts
  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM – mandatory for this role
  • Familiarity with SalesLoft, ZoomInfo or similar enrichment and engagement tools
  • Proven ability to design, monitor, and optimize lead-routing workflows across diverse brands, products, and teams
  • Demonstrated use of automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM tools to streamline operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and scale processes
  • Strong project management skills – confident navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, priorities, and acquisitions
  • Excellent communication and alignment skills – able to identify issues early, explain them clearly, and drive structured resolutions
  • A proactive, data-driven builder mindset – always looking for ways to optimize efficiency, scale impact, and innovate through systems, not headcount

Responsibilities

  • Own and monitor daily lead-routing operations across 5+ brands, ensuring accurate and timely assignment to SDRs and AEs
  • Proactively detect, flag, and resolve routing issues before they impact revenue – build alerts and automation to minimize lead loss
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve HubSpot and Salesforce routing logic to match complex brand, region, and product segmentation
  • Ensure complete campaign attribution and source metadata is captured and passed through all systems
  • Build and maintain reliable reporting flows across brands, automating dashboards and status updates for global and regional teams
  • Use automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI tools to reduce manual steps in routing, QA, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR teams, GTM managers, Sales, Sales Ops and maintain alignment with global operations
  • Support new brand acquisitions by quickly integrating them into the lead-routing and reporting framework

Compensation Range

  • Annual Base Salary Range: €45,00 – €54,000
  • Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.

  • The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
