We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to build intuitive, scalable dashboards and data solutions that empower teams across the organization to make informed decisions.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau to support business and product insights
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting
- Write and optimize SQL queries to transform and prepare data for analytics and visualization
- Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful insights
- Create visually compelling dashboards that balance usability, clarity, and strong design principles
- Manage Tableau environments, including user permissions, access control, and dashboard governance
- Support project execution by helping manage timelines, tracking progress, and triaging tickets using tools like Jira
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable takeaways
- Contribute to best practices around data modeling, dashboard design, and analytics workflows
- Explore and support emerging tools and approaches, including AI-driven analytics and data visualization
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including building production-level dashboards and managing Tableau environments
- Proven experience connecting and integrating multiple data sources (e.g., APIs, databases, third-party tools) into reporting workflows
- Strong proficiency in Tableau features such as Level of Detail (LOD) calculations, dual axes, parameters, and container-based layouts
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling dashboards, with a strong eye for design, usability, and storytelling
- Experience with Tableau user permissioning and administration (user roles, access control, governance)
- Intermediate SQL skills with experience querying and transforming data in warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks
- Experience working in data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred) and understanding data modeling concepts
- 1–3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, including working in tools like Jira, managing timelines, and supporting ticket triage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders or executives, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
- General familiarity with AI in data analytics, with exposure to or interest in AI-driven dashboards, automation, or advanced visualization tools as a plus
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Exposure to modern data stacks and analytics workflows

Compensation Range:
- Annual Base Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000
- Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Job Benefits
- Medical: Three Cigna plans (PPO250, EPO, HDHP3300); employees pay 10% of premiums for the PPO and EPO plans and no premium contribution for the HDHP plan.
- HSA: Company contributes $1,200–$2,400/year for HDHP enrollees
