The Renewals & Order Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle and supporting customer contract renewals. This position ensures accurate and timely order processing, maintains high-quality customer and contract data, and serves as a key point of contact for B2B customers and partners. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless ordering experience and drive operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
Renewals & Order ManagementOrder Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including confirmation, review, processing of new orders, and delivery of license keys

  • Ensure orders are processed accurately, completely, and on time in accordance with company policies

  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate issues or delays to customers and partners

  • Implement improvements to ordering and fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and reliability

Customer & Partner Management
  • Actively manage B2B contract customers via email and phone

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments

  • Handle contract changes, cancellations, and related customer communications

  • Maintain strong relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure reliable service delivery

Data, Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain and update order, contract, and customer data across internal systems while ensuring data quality

  • Analyze order and contract data to identify trends and optimization opportunities

  • Prepare performance and operational reports

  • Manage settlement processes for customer contracts, technology partners, and commissions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Support, BI & Controlling, Accounting, and Management

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to ensure operational excellence

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce in a professional environment

  • Strong technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams and functions

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and independently

  • Comfort working with data, systems, and recruiting processes to drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes

  • Fluency in English is required; German or Dutch is strongly preferred

  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar technologies is a plus

Compensation Range

  • Annual Base Salary Range: CHF 60,000 - CHF 75,000
  • Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills.
