The FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner to the executive team. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business partnership skills.

What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Participate in and execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain long-range financial models (3–5 year plan)
  • Own revenue, expense, and cash flow projections
  • Drive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Reports to senior FP&A management.
  • Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) on performance management
  • Support board reporting and investor presentations
Performance Management
  • Develop KPI dashboards and operational metrics
  • Conduct monthly business reviews
  • Analyze variance to budget/forecast and communicate key drivers
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities
Process & Systems Improvement
  • Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation
  • Enhance financial systems and data integration
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
  • Ensure financial and personal data is processed securely and in compliance with GDPR, including proper access controls, encryption, and retention practices.
  • Ability to work internationally across different timezones.
  • High reliability and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and investor data.

What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Background
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in FP&A role
  • Proven evidence of ownership and entrepreneurial initiative in independently driving projects or implementing systems/processes.
  • Experience in Private Equity-backed environments is highly desirable.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
  • Expert-level financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong experience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful or similar).
  • Deep understanding of cash flow mechanics and SaaS Metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV etc.)
  • High affinity for data analytics and experience leveraging AI tools in finance workflows.

Compensation Range
  • Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000

  • Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
