Right now, we're looking for a Sales/Rev Ops Manager to join our team in Israel/ EMEA/ US

Requirements

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Dive deep into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Sales Process Optimization and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Vulcan's sales processes, resolve administrative tasks, and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and enhance Vulcan's CRM system, ensuring accurate data and providing training to teams for increased productivity.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Support sales forecasting and performance monitoring, including the management of sales quotas and territories.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Develop comprehensive training materials to enhance Vulcan's sales team's skills and ensure access to essential tools.
  • Sales Technology and Tools: Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 4+ years experience in a Sales Ops/Rev Ops role in a global Start-up company
  • Need to be Salesforce Admin and well familiar with DealHub quoting system and Power BI analytics tool.
  • Tools and Technologies that are not required but can be extra credits: Power BI, Gong, Allbound partner portal, Zoom Info, Outreach, Orum.
