About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical student assistant to support our Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in SaaS, go-to-market systems, and commercial analytics. This is also a great opportunity to gain more exposure to core GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Clay), compensation processes and be able to contribute to commercial initiatives.
The team:
Our Revenue Operations team plays a central role in enabling Sales and Customer Success to perform at their best. We own the systems, data, and processes that drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and commercial performance.
You will join an international team with colleagues based in Copenhagen and New York, as well as a manager based in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities will be to support reporting, systems hygiene, process documentation, and operational projects that directly impact sales and customer success performance. Specifically:
Support Salesforce data hygiene and reporting accuracy
Assist with pipeline reporting and forecast preparation
Help document and improve GTM workflows and processes
Conduct data audits and identify inconsistencies
Support compensation tracking and basic commission reporting
Assist with system testing, automation validation, and QA
Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Data, Engineering, or similar)
Good analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
Skills working with Excel
Detail-oriented and structured, who enjoys improving processes
Interest in SaaS, Sales, GTM strategy, or operations
Nice to Have:
Basic Salesforce knowledge
Experience with BI tools (Power bi)
SQL familiarity
