What you’ll do:
Templafy serves many of the world’s largest and most complex professional services organizations. The Senior Implementation Manager leads complex customer implementations, collaborating with executive stakeholders to drive customer success. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience managing multi-stakeholder projects within complex enterprise organizations.
Successful implementations that deliver fast time-to-value are critical to increasing Customer Lifetime Value, and the role of Senior Implementation Manager is therefore deeply valued within our Customer Success organization. Our typical implementation phase ranges from 3-9 months and involves stakeholders fromall parts of the business, from Marketing and Brand to IT and Security , as well as internal Templafy teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise-level implementation process, from kick-off to successful deployment.
- Drive best-in-class project management, particularly when customers may fall short on their own project management resources and/or skills. Customize implementation plans to align with customer business needs, becoming a trusted advisor whose recommendations are respected.
- Ensure that Key Deliverables are met on time and within budget to the customers satisfaction
- Guide customers through change management during the onboarding process, working in partnership with the Customer Success Manager to ensure an ongoing plan for success.
- Work with Client IT to ensure a seamless technical integration within the customer’s infrastructure, including discussions on deployment, authentication and integrations.
- Solve advanced technical and process-related implementation challenges.
- Conduct group training sessions for admins and encourage use of our training Academy
- Develop overall best practices for onboarding and implementation, including contributing to playbooks and scalable implementation strategies to strengthen the entire team.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge And Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation or professional services.
- Proven track record to managing complex, multi-phase implementations for enterprise organizations.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in integrations and API workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-touch engagements and demanding customer interactions at levels of an organization
- Consultative approach to understanding your customers and their needs
- Action-oriented nature, with strong problem-solving skills and a tendency to jump in and do whatever it takes to make customers successful
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and use cases
Compensation:
Base Salary: $144,000-$160,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
