What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a strategic and professional Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team at Templafy. As the Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will have an integral part in accelerating the growth and success of our B2B SaaS business by developing and executing targeted strategies for key accounts. Your expertise in creating personalized campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives will be instrumental in achieving our revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Account-Based Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with sales goals and targets, focusing on both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic fit and revenue potential.

2. Personalized Campaign Creation:

  • Craft and implement high-impact ABM campaigns that resonate with targeted accounts, utilizing a mix of channels including digital, social, email, and events.
  • Leverage market insights and account research to tailor campaigns that address specific personas, pain points, and challenges within each target account.

3. Content Customization:

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop account-specific content and assets that align with the needs and interests of targeted personas within each account.
  • Ensure that content is relevant, compelling, and aligned with the overarching ABM strategy.

4. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of ABM initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously iterate on campaign strategies based on data-focused insights to enhance performance and ensure optimal results.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Partner Marketing Manager and the Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement joint marketing efforts, such as events, webinars, and workshops, that align with the ABM strategy and engage targeted accounts effectively.

6. Tactical Planning and Integration:

  • Develop detailed tactical plans for ABM campaigns, outlining campaign timelines, channel strategies, and touchpoints across the buyer's journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of ABM efforts into the sales process and to facilitate effective lead handoff.

7. Segmentation and Personalization:

  • Implement segmentation strategies to ensure that messaging and content are tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of each targeted account.
  • Deliver account research and analysis to facilitate ABM strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.
  • Drive personalization at scale by leveraging marketing automation and data-focused insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years working with account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, sales cycles, and the dynamics of key accounts.
  • Experience developing a strategic roadmap for ABM and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is an advantage).
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (SalesForce is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with great attention to detail in execution.
  • Understanding of solution-selling approach into targeted vertical markets.
  • Strong ability to integrate and partner with sales teams and sales leadership.
  • Quality verbal and written communication skills with a native proficiency in English.
