The ideal candidate will work in person out of our New York City office full time to maximize collaboration and interaction with other stakeholders across the business.

What we're looking for:

Templafy is looking for a qualified team leader who can build, grow, and develop a sales team of approx. 6-8 outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR) from our office in New York City. As an SDR Manager, you will report to the Director of Business Development, North America and coordinate closely with Sales leadership to coach, support and inspire your reps to reach new heights. We believe leading by example is important, thus we expect previous proven achievement in a similar B2B SaaS sales role.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire skilled and ambitious SDR's to meet company hiring plans in collaboration with our internal recruitment team
  • Train and coach SDR's in relevant product use-cases and sales methodology to maximize performance and development in alignment with Templafy’s GTM strategy
  • Perform quarterly performance and career development progress reviews
  • Be present with your team - organize and arrange SDR activities/celebrations etc.
  • Set and communicate team goals and perform innovative actions that engage and incentivize the team
  • Work with reps 1:1 to ensure individual and team goals are met
  • Work closely with other Sales Development Managers globally

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales development or business development experience ideally at a SaaS Enterprise company
  • 2+ years of experience developing a high-achieving sales team
  • Experience coaching and mentoring reps to achieve set targets
  • Experience building new process, workflows, etc.
  • Process & detail oriented, with comprehensive critical thinking skills
  • Be optimistic, energetic, and flexible
  • Be team oriented and interested in helping reps achieve goals
  • Good soft skills and business acumen
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000- 150,000 + Commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
