The role
The ideal candidate for this position will have hands-on experience as a Salesforce Specialist
(Administrator, Developer or Integrator), and an interest in the FinTech space. You will be part of a team of
14 specialists and report to the Salesforce Platform Architect to play an important part in developing and
managing the Salesforce Technical Competence Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative environment following an Agile
methodology and will have a genuine interest and passion for the technology they use. They will also be
joining an agile, young, international and innovative technical team that continuously keeps the platforms
up to date with state-of-art technology and build industry-leading systems across the Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Daily administration of Soldo Salesforce Org that supports Online/ Direct Sales and Customer
Success teams.
- Improve Salesforce processes based on the usage/ needs of internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team.
- Help boost the adoption and mentor teams on how to use Salesforce to improve data quality.
- Develop, if needed, custom solutions (Apex Code, Lighting Web Components) needed to support more
complex business processes.
We are looking for someone who must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (User Management, Profiles and Role, Field
Configuration, Page Layouts)
- Technical proficiency with Apex coding, Flow and Lighting Web Components
- Data analytics mindset, ability to extract insights creating reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with testing and debugging
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within your own team,
department and the wider business
- Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
It would be nice if you have
- Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and most common supporting tools (Jira)
- Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
