The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will be an authoritative figure able to shape the messaging and narrative for your region, act as a strategic business partner to the Sales Leadership, represent Soldo as an event speaker and a figurehead for analysts, along with coaching and mentoring a team.

With a demonstrable track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, you will lead the end to-end development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline generation, accelerate sales velocity, and deepen customer engagement.

In this role, you will define and own the long-term marketing plan with precision and foresight— crafting a vision for the team, for awareness and demand generation in the region. You will devise programmes that not only generate net-new demand but also unlock value across the entire buyer journey. You will operate as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, aligning marketing investments with overarching business goals and ensuring seamless integration of mid- and late-stage initiatives that materially influence conversion and deal progression.

You will be an adept communicator and storyteller with the authority and expertise to present and lead executive-level roundtables, present at events, act as a PR spokesperson, contribute to strategic prospect engagements, and develop compelling narrative frameworks and briefing materials that resonate with senior stakeholders.

Your leadership will drive the orchestration of integrated, data-driven campaigns across inbound, outbound, and ABM motions—supported by rigorous market intelligence, competitive insight, and performance analytics. You will oversee budget stewardship, strategic partnerships, and flawless execution across events and field programs, ensuring maximum impact, operational excellence, and clear ROI.

As a key business partner, you will cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive alignment and operational excellence. You will be an experienced people manager and a coach, guide your team to execute with precision and agility while maintaining a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. You will be a skilled authoritative presenter.

  • Be the Marketing Leader for your region so that Sales Stakeholders have a single point of contact in Marketing to get a view of the regional marketing plan and all that’s being executed in their region.
  • Be a spokesperson for Analysts, to shape and drive our narrative locally
  • Work closely with all other marketing functions so that you can present and drive a holistic demand generation strategy in your region.
  • Manage your direct reports to drive tactical execution that is swift and clear without over reliance on other teams within marketing
  • Develop and implement lead generation and pipeline acceleration programmes jointly with sales.
  • Have the background and expertise to write, drive & present in prospect roundtables. Along with writing supporting narrative documents.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Evaluate, select, on-board, enable and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programmes including events venues and services, digital marketing vendors, direct mail providers and list brokers.
  • Develop and implement an ABM programme, with rigorous propensity to buy analysis, in conjunction with sales to support account-based selling.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of programmes. Demonstrating a remediation plan for gaps identified against the plan.
  • Proactively engage and lead conversations with regional partners to create tailored ‘through and with’ partner marketing plans that support the goals of the local sales leadership.
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities.
  • Create and present enablement materials for sales aligned to marketing plans and demand generation programmes.
  • Proactively plan and execute pipeline days in collaboration with Sales and Enablement teams


Must Haves:

  • Has worked in a high-growth B2B business within the technology, SaaS or Fintech industry.
  • Has an excellent understanding of the demand waterfall model, processes, and metrics.
  • Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experience and a good understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Has excellent experience in driving, managing, and executing marketing activities with partners.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programmes to drive awareness and sales.
  • Has a track record of success in all key areas of responsibility.
  • Has previously selected and overseen demand creation agencies and has good knowledge of agency landscape and best practices in Europe.
  • Ability to produce results on time consistently and within budget.
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategy.
  • Sales force automation systems(Excellent understanding of the Campaigns and Reporting functionality of SalesForce.com is a must)
  • Marketing automation platforms(Theoretical understanding of Eloqua or Marketo needed)
  • Experience of working with social media platforms and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite or similar).
