- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
- Experience running a team of campaign managers or contractors to bring campaigns to market.
- Experience of selecting, appointing and running RFPs to select agencies
- Demonstrable experience of managing, distributing and scheduling workload and projects to various team members.
- Experience running a time-management sheet system to ensure projects are brought to market on time and on budget.
- Expert knowledge of Project Management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
- Experience scheduling and managing tickets via platforms such as Jira.
- Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (SalesForce.com).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance data and make data-backed recommendations.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Demand waterfall processes and metrics (experience in working with the Sirius Decision Waterfall Model is a distinct advantage)
- Previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service function
- Has previously selected/overseen creative and demand creation agencies
- Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation
- Web analytics (Exposure to either Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics is a strong advantage)
