The Role
We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, highly organised and commercially minded individual to join a thriving team in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Reporting to the Director of Campaigns and Creative Services, you will manage and mentor a team of creative services professionals (writers and designers), providing guidance, setting performance objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Working with multiple internal stakeholders, this is a vital role in delivering creative projects on time and aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities include maintaining content calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with marketing and business objectives. You will be expected to manage and evolve a set of pre-existing processes that enable all parts of the business to request support from the Creative Services Team. To be successful in this role, you will also need to be curious and explore ways in which new AI tools and technology can help Soldo become more agile.
We're looking for someone who must have
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or Business Management
- Experience of working in a B2B technology or SaaS company.
- Demonstrable experience managing a creative team including writers and designers, prioritising workload as required by the business.
- Coached and who can encourage and elicit team feedback and interaction.
- Managed a set of processes and tools to drive efficiency in the team.
- Developed clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and customer needs.
- Performed content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
- Experience Creating, adjusting, and managing the creative services calendar.
- Created accurate estimates, manage resources and to ensure high quality delivery
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An excellent eye for detail.
- A can-do attitude, and can be flexible and adaptable to the needs of stakeholders
- Experience interpreting creative ideas and translate them into a seamless production delivery
- Analytical mindset and can create objective-driven planning and reporting.
- Developed and nurtured strong cross-functional partnerships, driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ability to cope well with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Problem solving skills who is adept at planning, strategy, marketing, and brand management.
- Collaborative approach working with Campaigns Team, Solutions Team, Field Marketing and Digital Marketing teams and proactively engages and seeks feedback from stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced/multithreaded environment
- Effective communication and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders as needed
- Skills to assess, develop and implement workflows, with the creative team to ensure accurate time estimations and ensure the project timelines are kept on track.
- Autonomously handles the management of projects from concept to final deliverables in collaboration with the rest of the team.
- Put in place robust QA process to ensure all work meets the agreed Soldo quality standard and the requirements of the stakeholders.
