The role

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and commercially minded individual to join our team

Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, the Customer Retention & Growth Manager will play a key role in driving value, growth and retention of our existing customer portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Business Intelligence, to develop, execute and identify growth opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing actionable insights to support Soldo's growth objectives.

The aim of the Customer Management function is to build long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction, maximising revenue and lifetime value.

We're looking for someone who must have:

  • Proven history of delivering successful customer engagement and growth results, ideally within a SaaS or subscription business.
  • Be commercially minded and results driven, with the ability to prioritise and focus on the activities that will drive the biggest business and customer impact.
  • Have experience of analysing and managing complex data sets to drive insights and reporting.
  • Customer focused, with the ability to use insights to drive revenue and customer value.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom or similar messaging marketing tools.
  • Experience in marketing automation and smart list optimisation, and an excellent command of all marketing tactics.
  • Be a proactive self-starter, with excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • A critical thinker and problem solver with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have an experimental mindset and apply testing methodologies to assess the success of activities.
  • Have an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and opportunity identification.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
