Position Overview:

Showpad is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Key Responsibilities:

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our GTM operations, ensuring smooth processes and insightful reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering Decision-Making: Deliver actionable insights to all GTM teams to drive smarter decisions.
  • Enhancing Reporting: Develop and maintain dynamic internal reports, forecasts, scorecards, and leaderboards on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
  • Quota and Headcount Management: Build, maintain, and improve quota modelling and headcount tracking processes, delivering insights to leadership.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Support pipeline reporting, metrics, and cadence for continuous business growth.
  • Boosting Productivity: Design and maintain benchmarks and reporting processes that enhance team productivity and performance.
  • Training & Tools: Develop and deliver training on tools like Quicksight and Salesforce, ensuring GTM teams are equipped to succeed.
  • Driving Field Insights: Conduct discovery sessions with field teams to uncover needs, align solutions, and create standard packages that support their goals.
  • BI Platform Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and developing our Business Intelligence platforms to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations Analytics or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (think advanced functions, formulas, and modelling).
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver insights that resonate across teams.
