Introduction:

quantilope is looking for a Client Development Manager to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be a key figure in executing our global SaaS strategy, empowering leading brands to transform their consumer research. Depending on your specific portfolio, you will either empower 100% DIY accounts to become platform experts or partner with our Research Consulting team to support clients who need additional expertise and capacity to reach their goals.

What you will be doing:

  • You own a book of approximately 25-30 Corporate & Enterprise accounts, taking ultimate responsibility for retention and organic growth.

  • Whether your clients are 100% DIY or utilize our research services, your focus is on driving deep platform adoption. You ensure every stakeholder realizes the full power of quantilope’s technology, empowering them to gain fast, high-quality insights.

  • You navigate the commercial lifecycle of your accounts, leading renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. For complex negotiations, you work in close collaboration with your manager and senior peers.

  • You leverage internal support functions like a pro. You partner with Customer Solutions Consulting (CSC) for adoption strategies, Research Enablement & Support for technical guidance and fieldwork excellence or Research Consulting to provide extra capacity and knowledge for clients as needed.

  • You co-develop proactive partnership plans, conducting high-level business reviews and presenting new platform capabilities (including AI-driven innovations) to key stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • You gained 3+ years experience in Market Research, ResearchTech, or SaaS Account Management. You are confident of partnering with Consumer Insights or Market Research professionals.

  • You have a proactive mindset focused on account health. You are motivated by hitting retention KPIs and take pride in preventing churn through early intervention.

  • You have a curious mindset and are eager to adopt new AI-driven features. You can confidently guide clients on how AI enhances their research efficiency and speed.

  • You know exactly when to pull in supporting teams to solve a client challenge, connecting business needs to the right internal resources.

  • You possess high attention to detail and a sense of urgency in solving problems before they impact the renewal.

  • You are a self-starter who is hands-on and excited to provide an immediate impact, while remaining eager to expand your skills through feedback and coaching.

  • Business Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)

Compensation: 35 - 45k EUR base + commission
