We're seeking a Senior Panel Consultant to support our U.S. Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams. In this role, you'll be a key player in designing and executing research for some of the world's leading brands across consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and more. You'll work with a variety of panel partners and client databases, ensuring we deliver high-quality insights quickly and efficiently.

• Lead the team and strategy for sample design and management, providing expertise to our pre- and post-sales teams and managing 2-3 more junior panel consultants.

• Champion data quality by conducting audits, implementing new approaches, and sharing industry news.

• Support continuous process improvement and educate colleagues on all phases of the panel process.

• Provide recommendations on panel providers and sample structure for complex projects, leveraging your understanding of demographics, quotas, and targeting.

• Support the technical development and automation of the field management section in our platform.

• Serve as the voice of quantilope by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our panel partners.

• Assess and establish relationships with potential new partners to expand our recruiting capabilities.

• Support negotiations on rate cards and service level agreements with partners.

• You have 5+ years of experience managing or working at market research sample and panel vendors.

• You are proactive and solution-focused, always anticipating potential opportunities and focusing on solutions, not problems.

• You are a do-er with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to introduce new best-in-class approaches.

• Your outstanding communication skills allow you to educate others on all areas of the sampling process.

• Data quality is your passion—you have a track record of establishing best practices to ensure high levels of efficiency and quality.

• You are a strong problem-solver with the ability to grasp things quickly and maintain a clear, goal-oriented focus.

• Bonus: You have experience with ISO 20252 compliance.

  Compensation: 90-100k Base Salary + 10% Bonus
