quantilope is looking for a Junior Payroll Accountant to join our Finance Team. The Junior Payroll Accountant ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for a globally distributed workforce. This involves managing payroll data in various systems, collaborating with external payroll providers to administer benefits and retirement plans, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of payroll in cooperation with our international external payroll service providers.

• Maintaining payroll information in the personnel management system (Personio) and the ERP system (NetSuite).

• Keeping ESOP participant data up to date and accurate.

• Collaborating with our international external payroll service providers to manage employee benefits and retirement plans like 401(k) or comparable programs.

• Addressing inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.

• Identifying and resolving payroll inconsistencies and problems.

• Participating in both specific and continuous accounting or payroll projects.

• Collaborating with diverse individuals from various cultures, geographical regions, and functional positions.

• Contributing to process improvements and making a difference in a collaborative work environment.

• At least one to three years of payroll experience.

• Possesses a thorough understanding of key accounting concepts as they relate to payroll, such as the amortization of bonuses.

• Experience utilizing relevant accounting and human resource management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and collaborate effectively with various local outsourcing vendors.

• Capable of operating effectively in a globa;lly distributed workforce environment.

• Ability to speak German
