quantilope is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will work cross-functionally on a variety of business matters, including global contract negotiation, employment law, data privacy and other strategic initiatives.

• You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements, with a focus on B2B SaaS agreements

• You will work closely together with our commercial teams to assist them in closing new deals

• You will advise other business units, including management, on a broad range of matters, including employment law, data privacy and strategic matters

• You will lead the legal team to introduce tools, processes, trainings, and policies to support a scalable local and global legal department within the growing company

• You will create, update and maintain contracting playbooks and sales training materials

• You earned your JD from an accredited law school and are admitted to the state bar, preferably in New York.

• Proven experience with complex SaaS contract negotiations, data privacy and security

• Quick thinker with ability to make quick decisions while managing risk

• Eager to learn and connect with others

• Self-starter – will have an opportunity to shape the legal function and will be expected to creatively develop, effectively present and collaboratively implement systematic solutions and process improvements

• Able to reliably cover the ET time zone

Estimated base salary: $165,000-$200,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors including experience and market data. The working hours are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
