The Opportunity
Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated, enterprise sales professional to drive growth across financial institutions in South-East Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a senior, hybrid “Hunter” and “Farmer” territory-ownership role. The candidate will be responsible for retaining and expanding a high-value existing book of business while simultaneously hunting for net-new enterprise logo wins in Singapore and Malaysia.
This role is ideally suited to someone with the ability to maintain and grow large accounts whilst balancing new logo hunting. Someone who has a proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals and possesses the required gravitas to engage and manage C-suite stakeholders/

What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Sales, SME teams, and APAC Alliances Director to define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the South-East Asian financial services sector.
- Target Delivery: Consistently deliver against sales targets, contributing directly to the regional and global growth of the business.
- Responsible for retaining and expanding a high-value existing book of business
- New Logo Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and win new logos, whilst aggressively expanding our solution footprint within existing accounts.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships at the C-suite level and navigate complex client agendas across local and global banking and insurance firms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams—including Pre-Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Delivery—to orchestrate successful, value-driven pursuits
What You’ll Bring
Core Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the South-East Asian financial services landscape, most notably within Singapore and Malaysia.
- Account Management: Proven experience in successfully managing, defending, and growing large-scale banking accounts in the ASEAN region over multiple years.
- Enterprise Software Sales: A stellar track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar software or consulting contracts in highly competitive environments.
- Technical Curiosity: An inquisitive mind with the intellectual capacity to grasp complex technical concepts and learn the technology behind our solutions (supported by our robust enablement and training programs).
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other Quantexa offices in SE Asia.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read people and build authentic relationships
- Alignment with our core DATA values (Determination, Ambition, Teamwork, and Accountability)
- Technical comprehension of Advanced Data Analytics, Big Data, or Data Management/Data Platforms.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
- Domain expertise in Financial Crime, KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or Fraud solutions.
- Direct experience solution-selling into tier-1 ASEAN banks and insurance firms
