The opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join Quantexa’s talented People & Talent team. You will be managing all aspects of the people agenda for the Chief Operating Office (COO), which includes our Delivery team, whilst working closely with the wider Quantexa People team across our 3 regions: EMEA, APAC and NA. You’ll be in your element working in a fast-paced, customer and people first culture where you can make a real impact on the lives of our colleagues and the function’s leadership team.

You’ll need to be hands-on with a breadth and depth of HR and Business Partnering experience and a proven track record of supporting scaling teams. You will enjoy building trusted advisor relationships with the function's leadership team, along with other key stakeholders including business partnering teams and communities of expertise to deliver the priorities aligned to Quantexa’s people agenda.

So far in your career, you will have gained significant operational experience and strategic-level experience supporting leadership teams. We’re looking for candidates willing to think outside the confines of a traditional HR remit and deliver value-added, people-focused solutions.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Partner with both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Services Officer and their senior teams and be the key point of contact for all people topics in COO
  • Deliver our key People strategic projects within your dedicated function, implementing solutions that really work and help our talent deliver their very best work
  • Advise and drive focus on critical people activities such as talent management, review cycles, compensation reviews, performance management, wellbeing and engagement
  • Find imaginative solutions and be a people champion who can balance the business and people agendas
  • Provide insightful data and support for the Talent Aquisition, Employee Experience, L&D and People Operations teams, and work in partnership with them to roll out our people agenda for your business ‘customers’
  • Act as a trusted advisor and take a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting any employee relations trends, recommending solutions, and coaching line managers to act and tackle problems before they arise
  • Partner with external vendors/advisors and Legal team to review our compensation, immigration, employment practises
  • Managing business transformation and change management initiatives
