The opportunity.

Our Account Manager will solely focus on retaining, nurturing and growing the Quantexa News Intelligence existing business. You will work closely with sales directors onboarding new clients ensuring they are getting the best from our product and seeing long term value. Your skills and personality will speak for themselves. A brilliant communicator, both verbally and through written form. You’ll have laser-focused attention to detail, bringing a curious, intuitive, agile and practical approach to the customer journey.

You’ll report to our Head of Sales who’ll help you juggle priorities and focus your time on things that will add the most value. This is your chance to push the put your own stamp on a role that currently doesn’t exist within the Q News team. An opportunity to grow with an expanding team.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Acting as the key contact between our clients and the Q News Internal stakeholders, sales, legal, commercial, product and support.
  • Being fully responsible for reporting and managing the renewals pipeline and all aspects of the renewal lifecycle.
  • Reporting on a weekly basis to sales leaders on renewals, account health and new/upsell opportunities within your key accounts.
  • Demonstrating value in our product for new and existing customers.
  • Facilitating News Intelligence demos for expansion opportunities.
