As a pivotal member of our regional force, you'll help drive Solution Engineering priorities primarily for the Banking sector with a focus on data management with the possibility that the role will be expanded across other verticals in future. Your influence will resonate in every facet of our commercial strategy, collaborating closely with regional peers in alliances, sales, marketing, and product management.

In the Quantexa Solution Engineering (SE) team, you'll spearhead the initial connection between prospect organizations and the Quantexa Customer Office (QCO), setting the cornerstone for their journey. We seek an individual with profound technical and business acumen, adept at de-mystifying complex concepts with clarity and precision. You will:

  • Identify prospect pain: our solution engineering is targeted and precise, aimed at fixing the problems our customers are facing;
  • Design and present the solution: dazzle with presentations and deliver captivating product demos, diving deep when appropriate and adapting to the target audience (largely categorized as: functional management, technology and senior leadership;
  • Hand over: ensure that the customer pain and Quantexa solution design are tight and understood before handing to the delivery team to execute on the shared vision; and
  • Represent: be the face of our incredible company and journey in front of prospects, customers and at industry events and webinars.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Probe and grasp prospect pain points, showcasing Quantexa's transformative solutions.
  • Cultivate trust as the go-to advisor for clients with clients, big and small, crafting compelling Value Engineering strategies.
  • Craft tailored Proof of Concepts alongside the rest of the QCO for maximum impact that capture the customers business problems.
  • Lead the process of ‘Discovery’ and then ‘Solutionize’ with our partners and their clients, to iterate and hone in on the right joint solution for all parties
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Quantexa's commercial teams, product experts, and SMEs, embodying our core value of being a team player
  • Flawlessly lead product demos and presentations, qualify opportunities, and manage compliance statements.
  • Elevate Quantexa's profile through industry events such as SIBOS, ACAMS and thought leadership.
