Due to the continuous success and high demand from our customers, we are looking for an Analytics Product Manager to assist us in our journey creating the next generation of products that transform how organizations around the world use data.

Headquartered in London with significant offices in New York, Boston, Toronto, Sydney, Singapore, and Brussels, Quantexa is continuing its expansion within the UK, building on our core values of Determination, Ambition, Teamwork and Accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research to assess customer needs and preferences, and documents product requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand user pain points and gather valuable feedback to refine product features for the analytical models used in the out-of-the-box solution.
  • Documents the risk typologies required by our customers in a sufficiently detailed level so that the engineering teams are able to develop the analytics models that detect those typologies.
  • Coordinates product-related activities for the development of generic risk models and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product plans.
  • Presents internally the solution developed by the engineers with a clear view of the product's capabilities, strengths, and limitations and supports the solution teams in developing sales enablement materials that contain the product features and benefits to customers.
  • Takes ownership of achieving desired ultimate results in regards to the Quantexa solution specific analytics capabilities and continuously seeks opportunities to improve the business logic used to identify risk or opportunities.
  • Evaluates and prioritizes features based on their potential value to the product and organization. Engages with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to inform their prioritization decisions.
  • Engages with stakeholders through effective communication and seeks to understand stakeholders' needs, concerns, and expectations and to address them. Builds positive relationships and fosters open dialogue with stakeholders.
  • Supports the development of the product vision and roadmap and works closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the roadmap.
  • Strong experience in big data solutions, including either analytics software solutions or Financial crime/Fraud analytical solutions.
  • Proven ability to understand complex risk typologies within Financial Services, and to design suitable metrics to detect them.
  • Relevant experience understanding customer needs, prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories, with the ability to focus on the details of requirements while maintaining the “big picture” view.
  • Experience with and understanding of financial technology and the technology/product lifecycle, e.g. the agile development approach
  • Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to devise solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Ability to convey information and communicate with various stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience's needs.
