The Buyer Operations team owns the post-purchase experience for Qogita's buyers - managing support, claims, and marketplace coordination to ensure every buyer interaction meets the highest service standards.

As a Buyer Operations Intern, your mission is to support buyers through every stage of their experience on the platform, contributing directly to the quality and consistency of Qogita's buyer operations.
  • Buyer support: Handle inbound buyer inquiries across email and chat, managing each case from first contact through to resolution and ensuring buyers always receive a timely, professional response
  • Claims management: Review and investigate claims raised by buyers — gathering evidence, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating decisions on whether to escalate or resolve, while keeping the buyer informed throughout
  • Marketplace coordination: Act as the bridge between buyers and suppliers, communicating clearly and professionally to drive fair and timely outcomes on both sides
  • Process improvement: Flag recurring issues, identify trends in buyer behaviour, and contribute insights that help the team continuously improve how support and claims are handled
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, and business analytics tools — training will be provided
  • Open to and curious about AI tools - at Qogita we embrace AI as part of how we work, and we expect our team to lean into that
  • Any additional European language competency is a bonus
