The Finance team owns Qogita's financial integrity across multiple legal entities - managing everything from month-end close and statutory compliance through to the treasury and payment infrastructure that keeps the business moving.
As a Financial Control Manager, your goal is to own Qogita's AP function and treasury engine end to end - building the controls, processes, and cash visibility that turn payments from a back-office function into a competitive advantage.
As a Financial Control Manager, your goal is to own Qogita's AP function and treasury engine end to end - building the controls, processes, and cash visibility that turn payments from a back-office function into a competitive advantage.
- Accounts payable: Own the end-to-end AP cycle across the Qogita group - from PO to payment - building the processes and approval workflows that keep the function tight and scalable as transaction volume grows.
- Cost control: Review, challenge, and codify every line of recurring spend; surface savings opportunities and drive cost discipline across the business without being asked.
- Month-end close: Own the AP close in NetSuite - accruals, prepayments, accuracy, and speed-to-close - every month, without exception.
- Treasury operations: Manage daily cash positioning, FX exposure, and liquidity across EUR, GBP, and additional currencies, across Wise, Stripe, Mondu, and traditional banking relationships.
- Cash forecasting: Build and maintain cash forecasts with conviction - weekly, monthly, rolling - and flag moves before they're needed rather than after.
- Working capital: Drive working capital optimisation across payment timing, financing structures, and hedging strategy, in close coordination with the wider finance team.
- Mentoring: Act as a day-to-day resource for junior finance team members, sharing expertise and raising the standard of the function.
- 4–6 years of experience in AP, treasury, or finance operations, with meaningful exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments; Big 4 background is a strong advantage
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, or deep ERP proficiency with a demonstrated ability to master new systems quickly
- A rigorous approach to process design - you identify control gaps and fix them before they become problems
- Commercial sharpness - you read cost lines as decisions and push back on spend that doesn't hold up to scrutiny
- Fluency in financial modelling and spreadsheet-based analysis; comfortable building forecasts from scratch
- Experience with AI-driven finance automation is a strong advantage
