The Supply Growth team owns the full supplier acquisition lifecycle - from prospecting and outreach through to onboarding - building the supplier base that powers Qogita's catalogue and commercial growth.

As an Account Executive, your goal is to drive consistent new supplier acquisition across European markets, owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed deal, and contributing directly to the next phase of Qogita's supplier network expansion.
  • Prospecting: Own outbound supplier acquisition across assigned markets - identifying, prioritising, and engaging target suppliers via cold calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings, with a clear and compelling articulation of Qogita's value proposition.
  • Pipeline management: Drive leads through the full sales funnel, executing timely and structured follow-ups to maintain momentum and conversion velocity.
  • Deal closing: Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and close deals to consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • CRM management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all pipeline activity, lead interactions, and deal progression in the CRM, ensuring reliable data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the lead generation, marketing, and supply success teams to deliver a seamless supplier onboarding experience and align acquisition activity with broader commercial objectives.
  • Market presence: Represent Qogita at trade shows and supplier visits, building relationships and generating pipeline through in-person engagement
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of owning a full sales cycle and consistently hitting targets
  • Background in the Health & Beauty industry is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English and French; confidence communicating with and presenting to C-level executives
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach - you identify what needs doing and execute without waiting to be directed
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and supplier visits
