As a Product Manager at Qogita, you will lead a dedicated tech squad to build and scale products that enable the digital transition of the wholesale industry. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, translate complex problems into clear solutions, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and the business.

As a Product Manager at Qogita, you will lead a dedicated tech squad to build and scale products that enable the digital transition of the wholesale industry. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, translate complex problems into clear solutions, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and the business.
What we're looking for
- STEM degree qualified, providing a strong analytical and technical foundation
- 1-5 years of experience working as a Product Manager, owning product strategy and delivery in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with product designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
- Relentlessly results-driven, with a pragmatic mindset and a focus on finding the simplest, most effective solutions to deliver impact
- Based in the Netherlands, with the ability to work closely with both local and distributed teams
- Drive measurable business results by identifying, prioritising, and solving the highest-impact business problems
- Ensure the problems we tackle are clearly defined and aligned with desired business outcomes, using data and customer insights to guide decisions
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap based on business needs, strategic goals, and customer value
- Work closely with product designers and engineers to shape and deliver solutions
