We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • Background in the Health & Beauty industry (strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in a European language
  • Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and supplier visits
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Executive, your primary objective is to acquire new suppliers, driving consistent growth for both the team and the company. This includes prospecting and outreach, managing follow-ups, closing deals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless supplier experience.

This role is critical to unlocking the next phase of our growth, you won’t just close deals - you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Qogita’s supplier base across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential suppliers through cold calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings, effectively presenting Qogita’s unique value proposition.
  • Follow-Up: Nurture leads with timely follow-ups to guide them through the sales funnel and maintain strong engagement.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate prices, address objections, and close deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document sales activities, lead interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM for reliable tracking and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with lead generation team, marketing, and seller success teams to ensure a cohesive supplier experience and align with broader company objectives.
