We are seeking a People Operations & Office Intern to support our team in managing office operations, equipment, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizational support, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in learning about People Operations. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing incoming mail, supporting new joiners, and assisting with HR admin tasks. Your goal will be to ensure smooth daily office operations while contributing to HR projects.

We are seeking a People Operations & Office Intern to support our team in managing office operations, equipment, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizational support, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in learning about People Operations. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing incoming mail, supporting new joiners, and assisting with HR admin tasks. Your goal will be to ensure smooth daily office operations while contributing to HR projects.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack or a quick adapter of new tools!
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Able to come to the office at least 4 days per week.
- Available to start in April 2026.
- Manage office operations, including incoming mail, office tours and onboarding - A great way to meet all new joiners! 👋
- Handle equipment ordering, tracking, and updating in internal systems - You will have a chance to learn how to use HiBob, our HRIS 💪
- Provide HR admin support, including responding to employee queries - An amazing opportunity to oversee how our in-house People team AI agent Bobbi handles different queries and help develop it further! 🤖
- Coordinate with the Office Squad on various office-related projects - it’s always fun to organise company-wide events 🪩
- Assist in managing the office budget and overseeing office supplies - most of the budget goes on snacks, so use it wisely! 🍿
- Report to the People Operations Lead and collaborate with team members across various departments - you’ll get to meet the whole team during the interview process so you know what you are getting yourself into 👥
