We are building direct brand supply within Qogita from the ground up. This role is not about coordination; it’s about commercial execution with measurable GMV impact.
We are building a direct-to-brand supply engine within Qogita. With brand penetration still in its early stages, you’ll help professionalise and scale it in this hands-on build-and-execute role.

What we're looking for
We are building direct brand supply within Qogita from the ground up. This role is not about coordination; it’s about commercial execution with measurable GMV impact.
- 2–3 years of experience in a commercial role
- Bachelor and Master in Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to drive conversations toward signed partnerships
- Excellent communicator who can adapt positioning across different cultural audiences (Korean, broader Asian, European, Middle Eastern markets)
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to act autonomously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-pressure scale-up environment
- Willing and able to travel internationally for trade shows and brand meetings
- Strong interest in Health & Beauty and understanding of brand positioning
- Based in the Netherlands, with the ability to work from the Amsterdam office daily (when not traveling)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus

- Brand Acquisition: Lead and support outbound and inbound brand conversations, drive negotiations, and move brands from first contact to signed agreement
- Pipeline Ownership: Structure, prioritise, and manage the full brand pipeline with clear follow-up discipline and conversion focus
- Commercial Analysis: Assess brand portfolios, pricing competitiveness, and GMV potential before onboarding
- Trade Shows & International Expansion: Prepare and attend international trade shows (e.g. Cosmoprof), prioritise leads, and execute structured follow-up
- Market Intelligence: Analyse category trends, competitor presence, and brand positioning to inform acquisition strategy
