What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational role, ideally in a high-growth B2B, tech, or marketplace environment
Strong analytical thinking, with an interest in using data to uncover insights and improve processes
Experience collaborating across teams and interacting with clients or external partners
Hands-on, organized, and proactive - you can take ownership of tasks and projects
Excellent communication skills, eager to learn how to engage professionally with enterprise clients
Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
What you'll be working on
Contribute to excellent client service within the Enterprise team, ensuring accurate orders, pricing, and smooth delivery
Support operational processes for enterprise clients, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions
Contribute to operational improvement projects (e.g., process documentation, data quality checks, KPI tracking)
Collaborate across Sales, Logistics, and Product teams to help solve client problems and improve workflows
Help analyze client and operational data, providing insights for more senior team members
Support project coordination and cross-team initiatives to remove blockers and implement scalable solutions
Learn to translate operational excellence into strong client relationships and commercial impact
