What we’re looking for
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational role, ideally in a high-growth B2B, tech, or marketplace environment

  • Strong analytical thinking, with an interest in using data to uncover insights and improve processes

  • Experience collaborating across teams and interacting with clients or external partners

  • Hands-on, organized, and proactive - you can take ownership of tasks and projects

  • Excellent communication skills, eager to learn how to engage professionally with enterprise clients

  • Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus

The Enterprise Team onboards and supports Qogita’s highest-value clients, providing white-glove service and operational support.

What you'll be working on
  • Contribute to excellent client service within the Enterprise team, ensuring accurate orders, pricing, and smooth delivery

  • Support operational processes for enterprise clients, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions

  • Contribute to operational improvement projects (e.g., process documentation, data quality checks, KPI tracking)

  • Collaborate across Sales, Logistics, and Product teams to help solve client problems and improve workflows

  • Help analyze client and operational data, providing insights for more senior team members

  • Support project coordination and cross-team initiatives to remove blockers and implement scalable solutions

  • Learn to translate operational excellence into strong client relationships and commercial impact
