Who you are
As an Account Manager (Buyer Success) you’ll help drive value and long-term growth for our customers. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of ~100 B2B buyers, using data, tools, and a consultative approach to build strong relationships, boost engagement, and ensure Qogita remains their go-to platform for wholesale procurement.

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to turn customer needs into commercial opportunities.

What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Sales Account Management, or similar roles, ideally within high-growth B2B tech, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language.
  • Excellent communicator - clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Comfortable working independently, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Honest, accountable, and solutions-focused - you own your wins and your learning moments.
  • Strong customer intuition and commercial thinking - you spot needs and connect them to value.
What you'll be working on
  • Own and grow a portfolio of ~100 B2B buyers, driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Onboard new buyers, clearly communicating our value proposition and guiding them to success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, offering proactive support and commercial insights to increase monthly spend.
  • Use automation, segmentation, and playbooks to tailor outreach and drive operational efficiency.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to improve activation and expansion strategies.
  • Define and track key KPIs to measure success and iterate on what’s working.
