Along the way, you’ll learn how to evaluate suppliers, work with commercial tools, and contribute to key growth initiatives.
Who you are
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Intern to join our Sales team in Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, support, and lead generation within a fast-paced B2B environment. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads in the Health & Beauty space. You’ll be responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with SMBs, guiding them through a smooth sales process from first contact to successful conversion. Along the way you will learn basic sales techniques, get comfortable handling the phone, become a strong negotiator, and contribute to key growth initiatives.

What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset with an ability to empathize and build rapport with SMBs
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Able to commit to full-time, office-based hours for six months
- Based in Amsterdam
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch)
- Available to join in April or May 2026
- Acquisition: Convert new sign-ups into active customers by facilitating their first order.
- Reactivation: Re-engage with churned prospects to bring them back to the platform.
- Qualifying: Assess prospects during screening calls to determine their potential as qualified sales leads.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Follow-Up & Closing Deals: Manage follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
