About Qogita
Qogita [Ko-gi-ta] is revolutionizing wholesale procurement. We provide a one-stop shop for branded products, available in a single click at competitive prices. Our vision is to build the world’s leading global wholesale trading hub, empowering efficient distribution of goods. We didn’t just improve wholesale - we reinvented it.
We’re one of the fastest-growing B2B companies globally, backed by top investors behind companies like Facebook, Etsy, and Shopify.
Our tight-knit, highly motivated team thrives on curiosity and impact. Everyone contributes hands-on, takes initiative, and drives results. We value a strong work ethic, smart prioritization, and a relentless focus on excellence.
About the role
We’re looking for a builder to own and scale Business Development at Qogita.
This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial execution - designing the systems, processes, and playbooks that drive sustainable growth.
Depending on your experience, this role can be scoped as a Manager or Head of, with corresponding ownership over team, strategy, and company direction.

Who you are
- A first-principles thinker who likes to break problems down and rebuild them into scalable systems
- A startup generalist who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up
- 5+ years in roles like GTM, Growth, Operations, Strategy, Market Launch, or similar in high-growth or marketplace environments
- You’ve designed and implemented commercial or operational systems from scratch (not just executed within them)
- Highly data-driven - you think in funnels, systems, and feedback loops
- Equally comfortable zooming out (strategy) and diving in (execution)
- Experience building and leading teams
- Strong communicator who can align across commercial, product, and operations
- STEM background or similarly analytical training is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam
- Own and evolve Qogita’s Business Development engine end-to-end
- Design and scale systems across pipeline generation, conversion, and partner onboarding
- Build and iterate on playbooks, workflows, and tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Lead and grow a high-performing team
- Run structured experiments across outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) and optimize based on data
- Translate market feedback into product and commercial insights
- Improve unit economics and conversion metrics across the funnel
- Develop repeatable commercial strategies, not just one-off deals
- Partner closely with leadership on growth strategy and execution
- Systems thinking over pure selling
- Ownership over handoffs
- Curiosity over playbook-following
- Speed + rigor (not one without the other)
