Operational & Logistics Expertise: Multiple years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management. Exposure to B2B environments and multinational set-ups is a plus.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: A keen ability to dig into data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. You excel at translating insights into actionable solutions.
Leadership & Team Management: Strong background in leading and coaching a team. You know how to foster a collaborative culture, communicate clearly, and drive motivation.
Innovative Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to challenges—constantly looking for ways to refine processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational excellence.
Commercial & Partnership Sense: You’re adept at managing carrier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that logistical strategies align with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Be Working On
As the Manager of Logistics at Qogita, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our “Ship with Qogita (SWQ)” product and broader logistics function. Reporting to our COO, you’ll oversee a growing team of logistics specialists to ensure seamless internal and external processes across our seller base. You will be:
Driving Qogita’s Logistics Strategy: Own and optimize the end-to-end logistics process—ranging from setting up an optimal mix of shipping carriers and cost negotiations to performance analytics and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee and mentor a team of Senior Logistics Associates, Logistics Associates and Interns. Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Qogita’s growth trajectory.
Carrier Management & Commercial Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, DPD). Negotiate terms, integrate workflows, and ensure SWQ offers best-in-class service to our sellers.
Operational Efficiency & Automation: Identify process gaps and leverage technology to streamline order-level logistics tasks. Collaborate with Seller Success teams to enhance seller onboarding and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Data-Driven Improvement: Gather and analyze logistics KPIs—such as SWQ usage, shipping cost, delivery speed, and error rates—to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with our Supply Growth, Seller Success, and Product/Tech teams to maintain a unified approach, ensuring that logistics support Qogita’s overarching objectives.
Innovation & Continuous Enhancement: Stay on top of evolving market trends, new carrier technologies, and emerging supply chain methodologies to keep Qogita’s logistics solutions competitive and cutting-edge.
