Are you a proactive and inquisitive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a motivated Customer Experience Intern to join our dynamic team. You thrive in problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing the overall customer journey. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier support to our valued customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience journey
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

Support initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
REQUIREMENTS
Enrolled in a Dutch/EU university as a 3rd/4th-year student (HBO, Bachelor's, or Master's) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Fluent in English + one other European language (Dutch, German, Spanish, French, or Italian).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (CRM tools are a plus).
Passion for customer service and a positive team culture.

This is a full-time position, but we may consider part-time for longer engagements. The internship is based in Amsterdam, but remote work within the Netherlands may be considered for the right candidate.
