You are a motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in business operations, account management, or a related field. You’re eager to take on a new challenge where you can apply your expertise, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are second nature to you. You excel at building relationships and take pride in helping others succeed. As part of our Supply Success team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring sellers thrive on our platform, contributing to Qogita’s mission to operate at the highest industry standards.
Since Qogita is a global company with headquarters across the EU, any additional European language skills would be a bonus.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You’ll join a small, highly diverse, and close-knit team of Qogitians. The Supply Success team is a vital part of our organization, focused on building robust processes, policies, and systems to ensure seamless operations for our sellers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Reviewing seller KPIs to identify and address underperformance.
Collaborating with sellers to provide actionable insights and align them with Qogita’s standards to ensure platform success
Driving adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Partnering with the Product team to enhance seller-facing tools and post-sale automation.

Resolving order-related issues in collaboration with sellers, ensuring alignment with Qogita’s goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in business operations, account management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining positive relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working with admin portals, CRMs, monitoring systems (training provided) and business analytics tools.
