WHO YOU ARE
A driven and curious individual who is currently finalizing studies for a degree in business or a related field. You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll play a key role in ensuring sellers succeed on our platform, contributing to Qogita’s mission to deliver at the highest industry standards.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You’ll join a small, highly diverse, and close-knit team of Qogitians. The Supply Success team plays a vital role in Qogita’s success by building robust processes, policies, and systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Conduct reviews of seller KPIs, identifying and resolving underperformance.
Communicate with sellers to provide actionable insights and align them with Qogita’s standards.
Push adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the Product team to improve seller-facing tools and post-sale automation.

Support sellers to resolve order-related issues to align with Qogita’s goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
A strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, monitoring systems (training will be provided) and business analytics tools.
