WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Strategic Partnership Manager - Brands at Qogita, you will play a critical role in transforming our supply chain strategy within the Health & Beauty (H&B) industry. Your mission is to drive upstream commercial activities by developing strategic relationships, acquiring, and onboarding brands that will elevate Qogita's market position.

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard brands that align with Qogita’s business goals

  • Understand the intricacies of the Health & Beauty industry and navigate complex relationships effectively, conduct market research, track industry trends and potential partnership opportunities

  • Build a high-impact network of industry experts to drive brand relationships and deliver strategic market insights.

  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Monitor partnership performance and analyze data to assess success and identify areas for improvement, and facilitate cross-functional communication between internal teams and partners

Your profile

  • 7 to 10 years of experience working with or at Brands within Health & Beauty industry

  • Proven track record in commercial activities, including business development, acquisition and negotiation of long term contracts

  • Demonstrated ability to architect transformative business partnerships, including C-suite level negotiations and enterprise-wide strategic alliances

  • Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with brands and their distributors.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate manage partnership agreements effectively.

  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with partners and stakeholders.
