About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Solution Architecture leader with significant cyber security domain expertise and experience managing a technical team. As a Solution Architecture leader, you and your team will be aligned to the Channel and Alliances team, educating and demonstrating the value of CrowdStrike’s security platform to prospective customers and partners. You will lead a team of highly skilled Architects responsible for creating and delivering business value and enablement for our partners using scalable and sustainable processes, all while managing and driving results to ensure a successful and beneficial outcome for our customers. This role will be reporting to the Director of Solution Architecture APJ – Channel and Alliances.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure effective Solution Architect coverage of the regional alliance partner base.

  • Coach, mentor and develop the Solution Architecture skill-set to meet current and emerging sales opportunity needs.

  • Be a Player-Coach while you expand the team.

  • Engage with leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key stakeholders and business-line owners.

  • Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationship building, solution selling and problem resolution.

  • Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilising in-depth knowledge of the company, products, industry and solutions.

  • Deliver development and improvement of methods, techniques and evaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions.

  • Gather technical and product related features that align to increasing revenue opportunities within the Japan region.

  • Represent the company in corporate and partner marketing events to present on solution offerings.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years or equivalent experience in consulting, Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture roles – particularly in the areas of endpoint security or relevant cybersecurity domains.

  • 3+ years or equivalent experience in direct management of a technical team. Experience managing remote employees is highly desirable.

  • Experience working directly with Partners, Technical alliances and MSSPs.

  • Experience in building partner solutions GTM leveraging the products and services of CrowdStrike.

  • Motivated with excellent organisational skills.

  • Strong communicator - written, verbal and presentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to implement systematic approaches to scale within a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel as needed.

  • Language Fluency in Japanese and English.
