About the Role
This dual-focused leadership position within Global Sales Operations combines hands-on technical execution (50%) with strategic team and stakeholder management (50%). Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you'll drive data quality excellence while leading a team of analysts across our global theaters.
You'll be responsible for transforming our sales data ecosystem through innovative solutions, automation, and AI implementation, while ensuring operational excellence during our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution (50%)
Architect and implement improvements to Salesforce data models, account hierarchies, and master data management systems
Develop and deploy automation scripts to eliminate manual processes and increase data accuracy
Design and implement data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring systems
Perform complex data analysis to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities
Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules
Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance data quality processes and predictive capabilities
Leadership & Strategy (50%)
Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts, providing technical mentorship and career growth opportunities
Partner with Sales, Sales Operations Business Partners, and Territory Operations to align data quality initiatives with business needs
Proactively identify process inefficiencies and design scalable solutions that anticipate future requirements
Develop comprehensive KPI frameworks that provide actionable insights on operational performance
Build influential relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of data quality standards
Present strategic recommendations to leadership for process and system improvements
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Advanced Salesforce.com knowledge, including custom object development, API integration, and complex workflow automation
Demonstrated experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, implementation, and governance
Proficiency in designing and managing complex account hierarchies and data relationships
Ability to write and deploy automation scripts (SQL, Python, or similar)
Experience implementing and leveraging AI/ML tools for data quality enhancement
Hands-on experience with data loading tools, ETL processes, and data validation techniques
SFDC Admin (ADM201) Certification preferred
Leadership & Business Acumen
Bachelor's/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing)
8+ years of relevant industry experience in sales operations, data management, or related fields
3-5 years leading technical teams (4+ direct reports) with demonstrable results
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
