About the Role:

The Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the finance team to support CrowdStrike’s rapid growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance Transformation, this role will provide budget and project management support for prioritized initiatives included in CrowdStrike’s finance transformation roadmap and be responsible for maintaining visibility to in-flight transformation initiatives for key accounting, finance, and IT partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Project Management support for cross-functional initiatives and projects for the Finance and Accounting organization including system implementations, operational improvements, and international expansion

  • Support Finance and Accounting budget reporting process and provide recurring status updates to track operational and initiative-based spend

  • Identify, document, and communicate risks encountered by in-flight projects, including escalation to Finance Transformation Business Partner, Initiative Leads, and Process Owners, if needed

  • Collect all required governance and/or project artifacts needed to document completion of standard project and SDLC milestones

  • Deliver end user trainings regarding optimal use of finance project management tools and supporting technologies

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ total years of professional experience, 4+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Solid understanding of standard project management practices, tools, methods, and key application development lifecycle deliverables

  • Experience leading successful reporting optimization projects and comfort driving deliverables through project life cycles

  • Strong understanding of standard Finance and Accounting processes

  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to fine-tune communication style to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Outstanding planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities

  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

Bonus Points:

  • Prior Enterprise Performance, Strategic, and/or Operations consulting experience

  • Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company

  • Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience (NetSuite, SalesForce, FinancialForce, Coupa, NAVAN, Blackline, etc.)

  • Experience working with shared services

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
