About the Role:

Join our exceptional global recruiting team at CrowdStrike where you'll hire top talent while solving real-world problems. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you'll leverage creative and innovative approaches to identify extraordinary talent through unconventional means. You'll partner closely with business and talent teams to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates for highly technical roles.

This position is ideal for self-motivated, action-oriented professionals with grit who continuously seek to improve their craft while enjoying the process.

What You'll Do:

  • Source hard-to-find software engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal and external networks with exceptional creativity
  • Craft compelling emails highlighting CrowdStrike's technical challenges and culture
  • Conduct candidate screens, asking insightful questions while effectively presenting opportunities
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in the company's ATS
  • Deliver outstanding candidate experiences through excellent written and verbal communication
  • Identify and assess and organize candidate pools of engineering talent
  • Operate with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of relevant technical sourcing experience
  • 5+ years sourcing engineering talent in fast-paced environments
