Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Content Operations Specialist to join the European Growth Marketing team and play a key role in driving pipeline generation for your assigned segment or region. In this role, you will partner closely with SDR Leaders, SDRs, and Field Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise outbound and follow-up campaigns that accelerate engagement and deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on, operational marketing role ideal for someone with SDR or Sales experience who understands lead management, funnel mechanics and what it takes to activate and convert demand at scale. We are looking for an individual that enjoys leading projects, shaping content and campaigns, and using data to uncover opportunities. You will work at the centre of our go-to-market engine, collaborating closely with our Growth Development Team (inbound SDR Team) and the Sales Development Team (outbound SDR Team). Your work will directly influence pipeline health by shaping content, refining campaign execution and driving actionable improvements across our systems, processes and tools. You’ll thrive here if you love collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving processes, and turning insights into impactful actions that support our growing SDR and Sales organisation across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

Content, Campaigns & Messaging:

  • Collaborate with your Growth Marketing Team and Regional Field Marketing colleagues on campaigns and deliverables to deliver pipeline growth for the region.

  • Create and maintain high-quality SDR and Sales content, ensuring messaging, structure, and routing logic stay aligned with current priorities.

  • Assess SDR/Sales content needs for your segment/region and drive effective localisation and ongoing optimisation based on performance insights and SDR/Sales feedback.

  • Create and A/B test content for emails, call scripts, LinkedIn messages, and other channels like Qualified (in multiple languages if applicable).

Pipeline Influence & Performance Insights:

  • Monitor pipeline generation and activation using Salesforce reports, Outreach insights and internal dashboards.

  • Identify pipeline gaps in your segment/region and recommend or deploy targeted actions—such as content updates, sequence improvements, or focused campaigns.

  • Provide ongoing visibility into trends, blockers, and opportunities for SDR/Sales and Marketing leadership.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvements:

  • Lead new initiatives that enhance prospect experience, content performance, and team productivity—grounded in data, feedback, and scalability.

  • Support both inbound (GDR) and outbound (SDR) teams with process optimisation tied to the marketing funnel and SDR workflows.

  • Collaborate with global and regional Demand and Marketing Operations to align on best practices and drive consistent execution across regions.

SDR Partnership, Enablement & Tooling:

  • Build strong relationships with SDR leaders across your assigned region to jointly solve operational challenges and support their pipeline goals.

  • Support SDR onboarding by delivering scalable enablement on Outreach, 6sense, Qualified, and related tools.

  • Serve as a go-to resource for content alignment, campaign activation, and lead management workflows.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, or Spanish.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing and/or Sales.

  • Deep understanding of SDR workflows and experience with sales engagement tools.

  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Security.

  • Ability to build reports, interpret data, and turn insights into clear and actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across Marketing and Sales teams.

  • Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organisational skills.

  • Comfort working in an operational, fast-paced environment with cross-functional dependencies.

  • Based in Barcelona, Spain or Reading, UK.

Bonus Points:

  • Fluency in additional languages, such as Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Danish.

  • Prior experience in SDR or Sales related roles.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, and Qualified.

  • Prior experience with Marketo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
