About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to own the Enterprise business expansion across Western Australia and South Australia. You'll balance nurturing a thriving existing customer base with aggressive new business acquisition - building a territory that reflects your ambition and sales excellence. This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact region, drive transformational growth, and become a trusted security advisor to enterprise decision-makers.
What You'll Do:
Drive prospecting, qualification, and closure of enterprise-level deals while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Own your territory's pipeline development through strategic account targeting and partner/reseller collaboration
Deliver comprehensive account plans and engagement strategies for each key account in your portfolio
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across your assigned accounts and prospects
Navigate complex buying committees, influence key stakeholders, and articulate compelling security solutions that solve real customer challenges
Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within client accounts, promoting our value proposition and differentiating capabilities
Network across multiple organisational levels to identify expansion and new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to co-create regional go-to-market strategies and customer engagement activities
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build, forecast, and close complex opportunities
Take ownership of deal outcomes, accurately forecast business objectives, and drive pipeline velocity
Lead your territory with autonomy, accountability, and strategic initiative
What You'll Need:
Cybersecurity industry experience – you understand the threat landscape, security solutions, and customer pain points authentically
Proven tenure with tier-1 security and SaaS platform vendors; you bring stability, credibility, and a track record of sustained success
Demonstrated quota attainment and consistent sales performance in competitive enterprise environments
Expert at value selling – articulating compelling propositions that resonate with customer challenges
Deep practitioner of pipeline management – you know your deals intimately, forecast with precision, and own your numbers
Meticulous about business discipline – comprehensive SDFC documentation, clear risk articulation, and transparent deal overviews to leadership
Relentless about reporting accuracy and accountability; you manage both short-term closure and long-term opportunity building with equal rigor
Strong business acumen with the ability to mediate complex deals and navigate buyer behavior
Excellent at managing pipe generation, forecasting, and deal progression with discipline and transparency
Own your region – deep knowledge of buying motions, buyer behavior, and decision-maker networks across WA & SA
Exceptional networker who thrives hosting and attending customer and partner events
Authentic, considered, and reputable within your customer network – trusted as a thought partner, not just a vendor
Confident presenting to C-level audiences with executive presence and professionalism
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Leadership and accountability qualities that inspire confidence in customers and internal teams
Seamless collaborator with Sales Engineers and cross-functional business units
