About the Role:
We are looking for a new team member to join as a Marketplace Platform Engineer (Engineer II) career level to help us maintain the CrowdStrike Store listings and service while ensuring our customers have a great CrowdStrike Store app experience. This includes the sustainment of bespoke Store integrations with internal and external partners.
The Store listing and integration ecosystem spans the cybersecurity industry – maintaining awareness of cybersecurity industry segments and familiarity with the Falcon platform will be essential skills to build and maintain as part of the role, as will the building of new engineering skills to contribute to and help maintain containerized services that support Store and cloud marketplace.
Operational responsibilities for this role requires a disciplined team to ensure quick resolution of internal stakeholder, partner and customer issues, while drive for efficiency is necessary as the Store and cloud marketplace ecosystem grows.
About the Team:
We are part of larger platform team that maintains multiple platform features and includes 1 Marketplace Platform Engineer and 2 other Store engineers. We also work with the Foundry and Fusion platform teams as part of the Store listing and integration sustainment.

What You’ll Do:
Work with internal stakeholders to create CrowdStrike module listings for customer trials and enhance the Store service in order to deliver new capabilities needed for these listings
The process from partner integration implementation has many twists and turns – you will be an enabler for many steps in that process, from inception to operational sustainment
Gain experience collaborating with and supporting companies that are on the cutting edge of cybersecurity
Respond to customer initiated support requests for Store trials and integrations through Logscale log analysis and Store service troubleshooting
Participate in the planning and execution of of the Store platform expansion with the Store Product Manager and peer platform engineering team
What You’ll Need:
You have 2+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing support role
You have a good working knowledge of 1 or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
You have demonstrated coding skills in 1 or more languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, C#, or Go
You are knowledgeable and can effectively communicate API concepts with partners, such as REST, JSON, Oauth, GraphQL in support of their app implementation
Your passion and working knowledge of cyber security industry and segments (EDR/XDR, IOCs) means you can quickly ramp-up on the Falcon platform and underlying APIs
