Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA and LATAM

As Onum’s Snr Marketing Manager, EMEA and LATAM, reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team that develops and manages marketing programs and campaigns to support EMEA and LATAM opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration, including demand generation campaigns, 1st party events on and offline, tradeshows, digital campaigns, sales enablement, and partner marketing. You will work in close collaboration with the wider marketing team to build a strong integrated marketing plan for the regions to achieve our ARR goals. This requires close collaboration with the regional Sales Teams, the Partner & Alliances Teams, the Product Teams, and other Marketing functions.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Establish field marketing goals and strategies for regional growth while driving alignment in conjunction with local sales and services leaders
  • Work closely with sales to deliver customized pipeline generation programs
  • Work with key partners on joint go-to-market motions that drive mutual pipeline and enhance market development funds
  • Uncover opportunities to improve Onum's brand recognition by implementing a blend of global-led initiatives and targeted/localized campaign strategies
  • Work closely with the regional cross-functional teams, regional agencies, and the Onum marketing team to roll out regional marketing programs and campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Manage sales enablement needs and deliverables for the region
  • Manage project timelines, resources, local vendors, and budget
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance by region regularly

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing, including specific experience with multi-touch campaigns, events, and demand gen programs
  • Experience working in the data or analytics space and marketing to a technical audience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Hubspot and SFDC
  • Confirmed history of listening and collaborating with field sales representatives, partners, and customers and bringing their voices back into the organization
